About the event
The Come Alive Retreat is a 2-day in-person experience for high-achieving professional women, who are navigating grief or seeking a sacred pause to restore themselves.
Set in a serene and nurturing environment, this retreat creates space for deep rest, guided reflection, and meaningful connection. Through a blend of restorative practices, therapeutic workshops, and community care, participants are invited to lay down the weight they’ve been carrying and rediscover the joy of simply being.
Over the course of the weekend, you will:
Rest with intentional rhythms that allow your body and soul to reset.
Reflect through journaling, movement, and quiet moments that help you process without pressure.
Release the emotions, expectations, and burdens that no longer serve you.
