Cancellation Policy

Confidentiality & Privacy Alive Again™ is a coaching program, not therapy, counseling, or medical treatment. While emotional processing may occur, the program does not provide medical or mental health services. Participants are responsible for seeking licensed professionals for diagnosis or crisis support. Although not a HIPAA-covered entity, we uphold HIPAA-aligned confidentiality standards: all personal stories, experiences, and discussions shared within the program are strictly confidential. You may not record, screenshot, share, or distribute** any participant content. Breach of confidentiality may result in removal from the program without refund. Participation & Responsibility You participate voluntarily and are responsible for your own emotional well-being, boundaries, and engagement. Growth and grief processing require personal accountability and self-awareness. No Refund Policy Due to the program’s nature—limited group size, live facilitation, and immediate access to proprietary materials—all sales are final. No refunds, credits, or transfers are available for missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, or change of mind. Intellectual Property All program materials, including recordings, worksheets, prompts, and frameworks, are the property of Alive Again™ and may not be copied or shared without written permission. By enrolling, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all program policies.
