Alive Again™ is a sacred, small-group experience for high-achieving professionals navigating grief. This isn’t just about “moving on”, it’s about restoring emotional clarity, building sustainable rhythms, and rediscovering your identity with gentleness and intention.

8-week group coaching

Mondays at 7:30 PM ET

Group Size:

6 participants (intimate, high-touch)

Weekly 90-minute Zoom sessions

Week 1: Orientation & Sacred Meet & Greet

  • Explore societal, familial, and professional expectations
     

  • Normalize messiness and real emotions

“Joy isn’t betrayal—it’s part of my healing.”

  • Explore duality: sadness + joy can coexist
     

  • Identify small joys that still belong to you
     

  • Set up joyful practices that feel authentic and sustainable

Week 5: Rhythms of Restoration

“My body is grieving too—so I’ll care for it like I care for my spirit.”

  • Understand the physiological effects of grief
     

  • Practice restorative habits (breathwork, sleep, movement)
     

  • Create a personalized healing rhythm

 Week 6: Re-entry with Intention

  • Prepare mentally/emotionally to re-engage with life
     

  • Practice boundary setting and new language around grief
     

  • Identify triggers and create a re-entry map
